Following her last treatment by Mr. Jacob, my mother gives you the following report:
1) My mother had an eye injury that potentially should have been operated on. However, after her treatment by Mr. Jacob, her eye practically healed and did not require surgery. It was with great relief and joy that my mother received confirmation following a consultation with a specialist.

As requested by your assistant on Monday, August 30, 2021,
during my visit to your venue, I hereby confirm the following:
I was treated for high eye pressure,
at Swiss Visio, in Lausanne, in June and July 2021.
In addition, I also came in for the 2 treatments
listed below, in August 2021 at your venue,
in order benefit from your care.
I can confirm that, according to a last check,
my eye pressure is back to normal and currently
lower than the limit value of 20.
