\u201cLast spring, in June 2021, I consulted my general practitioner for severe pain which was getting worse in the right ankle and increasingly severe discomfort in the left eye. My doctor immediately diagnosed Lyme disease (\u201ctick\u201d arthritis and onset of facial paralysis). <\/div>\n

That spring, I had already had three tick bites. I am currently 43 years old and I have been bitten by a lot of ticks in my life (I love being in nature and, it seems, I am particularly attracted to ticks…). Since I heard about tick-borne diseases, about fifteen years ago, I have been more careful (but still bitten every year), but before that, I took no precautions; I particularly remember clearly having had a Erythema Migrans, around the age of 18, following an injection on the stomach, which did not worry me at all at the time\u2026<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

Last spring, therefore, my doctor prescribed me an antibiotic (doxycycline) against borreliosis. From the first day of treatment, I had herxheimer reactions. Given the many tick bites I had had during my life, my doctor had warned me that I most certainly had other latent infections that would be \u201cawakened\u201d by the treatment. Borreliosis actually has the particularity of activating before dying and causing generalized inflammation, as well as symptoms that can be very varied. My doctor then added another antibiotic to the doxycycline. <\/span><\/div>\n
For me, these symptoms primarily concern the nervous system: tingling sensations, burning on the skin, chills, disorientation, mental fog that will go so far as to prevent me from performing simple tasks such as driving my car, shopping. or meals\u2026 Then other very varied symptoms are added, always more unbearable\u2026 I have in particular very strong pains in the intestines,<\/span>my whole skin becomes sensitive to the point that I can no longer bear the rubbing of clothes or sheets that seem like sandpaper to me, I lose sleep\u2026 <\/span>After two months of treatment, my condition deteriorated; within a couple of days, I had blisters on the skin (legs, arms, face) that are very painful, deep burns on my fingers. In addition to this, I had tachycardia. Several ECGs and other tests indicate that there is no pericardial inflammation, but this tachycardia is very distressing. My doctor stopped the antibiotic treatment, because my condition had deteriorated too much. <\/span><\/div>\n
A few days later, I went back to see him urgently: I had an infection in the kidneys which has evolved rapidly (I was close to sepsis when I saw him) and at the same time, I also have an intestinal obstruction (stenosis in the small intestine). According to my doctor, Lyme disease inflamed my intestines and caused a flare-up of Crohn’s disease (a disease I was diagnosed with about 10 years ago, but since been in remission). So I was hospitalized. <\/span>We are in September 2021. <\/span><\/div>\n
Back home, my general condition improved rapidly. I understand that it will be very difficult for me to get rid of this Lyme disease. I know that at any time it can “take over”. I was then followed closely by gastroenterologists. This stenosis took a long time to improve. Doctors recently ruled out the need for an operation to remove it. The inflammation is slowly decreasing. <\/span><\/div>\n

From September 2021 to April 13, 2022, I have some neurological symptoms: dizziness, severe fatigue which at times prevents me from following a discussion for example, as well as this discomfort in the left eye which becomes stronger at times. I also had several skin infections, two of which evolved very rapidly and required antibiotic treatment. However, I was unable to treat this Lyme disease, it would have been too dangerous for my intestines…<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

A friend told me about Hannes Jacob. I got in touch without too much hope, telling myself that I had nothing to lose… He offers a treatment containing two sessions. I was able to get an appointment on April 13 and May 2, 2022 for Lyme disease.
